Rafael Rodriguez (Rafa) leads our internal Humana account teams. With a decade of tribal knowledge in the healthcare space, Rafa works tirelessly to guarantee that clients are consistently and positively impacted by Heinrich's strategic counsel and tactical execution.
Rafa is also well-versed in the areas of Hispanic marketing, senior-focused healthcare and Medicare Advantage customer acquisition. His work with clients like Humana and First Bank has given him extensive experience across the healthcare and financial services industries.
Rafa’s a New Yorker by birth and a Coloradan by choice; he recently celebrated his tenth anniversary with the Heinrich team.
When he's not managing his team at the office, he's helping manage his team at home with his wife and their five children. When they're able, they love to travel and hike.
