Erin leads Heinrich in translating marketing strategy into concrete results. She puzzles together process and people to create inclusive, high-performing teams.
She keeps her eye on the day-to-day operations of the agency leading the Creative, Digital, Media, Production and Project Management teams while she puts her heart into making sure the agency and its employees thrive.
Fun fact: getting to know employees on the personal level in addition to the professional is one of her superpowers. She’s just as comfortable speaking family, film or football as she is on paid media strategy, UX or performance management.
She’s worked the gamut of agency life—Creative, Account, Digital—in addition to sectors including healthcare, financial services and technology. And if you’re looking for big names, she’s got them: Humana, Wells Fargo and AT&T to name a few.
When she’s not mentoring the next generation of Heinrichians, Erin teaches digital marketing at the University of Denver (DU). Outside of work, you can find her HIITing it hard at Orangetheory, snorkeling with sea turtles or rooting for her favorite teams.
