Cathy's talents for marketing strategy, financial services communications and process management help our clients improve market position, program efficiencies and increase revenue. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services and marketing, Cathy currently manages the Macy's financial business, assisting with business development strategy and managing highly complex projects with her team of account executives. Prior to joining Heinrich in 1994, Cathy worked in new product development and bankcard marketing, where she implemented revenue-generating telephone bill payment services and launched the bank's first Visa Business credit card and home banking system.
